My bunny has a special diet. Can you accommodate their feeding needs?
Of course! We pride ourselves on happy, healthy pets. We provide two fresh veggie meals a day (breakfast and dinner). To keep their tummies happy, we do require that owners supply their bunny's usual brand of pellets, which we will carefully mix in to maintain their standard diet.
What cozy comforts should I pack for my bunny's stay?
We take care of the essentials—like fresh water, yummy hay, and daily veggies! But to make our place feel just like home, we highly encourage you to pack their favorite bits and pieces, like a snuggly blanket or a much-loved toy. We want all our guests to feel settled and perfectly happy!
How will you let me know my bunny is settling in well?
We'll keep you connected! Every booking includes regular updates straight to your phone via our Facebook and Instagram pages. You can expect to see cute photos and videos of your little one munching hay, exploring, and having a great time, giving you total peace of mind.
What health and safety requirements do you have for boarding?
To ensure a safe and happy environment for every bun, vaccination is mandatory. We require the Filavac vaccine (essential protection against RHDV). Just make sure you send us the certificate from your vet, and that the vaccination was completed a minimum of 14 days before their holiday begins.
Is neutering required for my bunny's stay?
Not at all! We happily welcome all bunnies, regardless of whether they are spayed or neutered. However, this simple procedure is highly recommended by vets as it's the best way to keep your bunny healthy and prevent serious illnesses down the road.
Can you pick up and drop off my pet?
Absolutely! We offer convenient door-to-door transport so your pet's holiday starts hassle-free. Pick-up and drop-off services are available, with the fee tailored to the distance. We're also happy to arrange a mid-point meeting to make things easy for you!
Can my bunny receive special care or medication while staying with you?
Definitely! Providing customised care is part of our commitment. If your bunny has specific needs—such as daily medication or supplements—we are fully prepared to assist. Please ensure you provide us with all necessary supplies and precise, written instructions during the drop-off process.
